I use them every day at work and the reciprocating saw it money. Dewalt, Makita, and Rigid all make good products.
Don't get Ryobi if you plan on using it a lot.

I've had Ryobi for about 6 yrs and used them alot.
No issues here. Batteries still working fine.
That said, Dewalt seems to be better, but worth the cost?
Everyday user? Yes as you say. If not, hell no.
