I stayed until the band was leaving the stadium too. I sat in traffic for about an hour. It all depends on where you tailgate and park. Traffic IS a nightmare after games

traffic is a nightmare at any sporting event where 92k people are trying to leave. using that as an excuse for leaving early is lame. also, whats more important to people, the game or the tailgating? whats the point of tailgating for 6 hours if you are gonna leave at halftime? to me, football is the most important part of the day, to others its getting drunk.

It usually takes over an hour just to get out of the hayfield parking lot on river road. Then about another hour to get to the interstate.
