the key to seeing results is being patient and realizing 3lbs a week is not realistic and not maintainable. During a diet, It's so easy to notice the negative and the 3lb scale difference. When the scale is lower were content when it is higher were upset leading to us being upset a lot and never satisfied which leads to people giving up. Your weightloss should be a zig zag line going down!!! Focus on the positive!!!! Ignore the negative and realize the scale will go up at times!!! If it never goes up your dieting too hard and it will be close to impossible to maintain. be patient and you will succeed
Probably the biggest thing that person did not say is that: Weight isn't the biggest factor. I'm currently 179.8. I could work out, put on muscle and be extremely healthy with a very low body fat % at 179. Or, I can roll through a ton of cardio, drop down to 165 and be extremely healthy with a very low body fat %.
People get too caught up on weight and think that weight equals health. Weight is but an indicator.
