I'm going on an Alcohol free April. Nothing really going on this month that I will be obligated to drink (weddings, trips, graduations, bachelor parties), so I am mentally ready for this.
Also, am going to Brazil for the World Cup end of June *Edit* and want to be cut before then. Let's see where i can get

When the scale is lower were content when it is higher were upset leading to us being upset a lot and never satisfied which leads to people giving up. Your weightloss should be a zig zag line going down!!! Focus on the positive!!!! Ignore the negative and realize the scale will go up at times!!! If it never goes up your dieting too hard and it will be close to impossible to maintain. be patient and you will succeed
