Get to the gym and work through those sniffles.

I cannot get past this plateau. I'm definitely in a caloric deficit but I'm stalled. My lifts keep going up and my clothes are fitting better but I want to see a change on the got damn scale.

Might do some strict ketosis just to see the scale move but I'm sure my strength gain will stall if I do.

If he has the same thing I had, it ain't just sniffles. It was totally debilitating.. I went to the doctor and that took so much energy out of me I took a 2 hour nap when I got home. Then cleaned my apartment and took another 1.5 hour nap. I don't feel bad anymore but my lungs still have crap in them, I cough after sets and it's been 2 weeks since I got sick. But since I've felt better I've been hitting the gym again.

Burned out my chest yesterday, shoulders today, legs tomorrow. Contrary to popular complaints, I love leg day. There's nothing like a good deep heavy squat.

Plateaus are the worst. You know the drill by now, just keep it up. The scale will catch up.

I would except when I get hot I start coughing up lungs and I've just had no energy lately. I feel drained all day long at the moment, I think I'm dying
