Thanks potnah. My biggest I've found are right when I wake up, right after lunch and when I'm drinking. Managed 3 a day which I'm happy with so far. Hope to be completely quit by next week. Gonna how I do on a weekend.

my last cig was late night/early morning of the lsu/uw season opener in 09. was craving one so bad by the end of the 1st quarter
felt good. stamina when i'd run or shoot hoops was much better. used to be a non factor when i was a kid but approaching my mid 20s (not to mention the tobacco tax in texas) i figured i'd give quitting a shot. it also helps if you ease yourself off of it with weed if that is an option![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)
