Weighed in at 174 today.
shite. Saving most of those calories for the end was tough. But not sure if I could eat more for lunch without wanting to nap. I'll play around with it.
Anyway here was my breakdown:
Net Calories - 1600
Total Fat - 93g
Total Carbs - 105g
Protein - 166g
I haven't done any calculations or anything to figure what my macros should be. I'll need to do that tonight.
Let's see how day 2 of the IF goes tomorrow

after a 7 day vacation of constant eating and drinking, I weighed myself for the first time this morning back at home .. 182.2

I would think the macros look good. I alway here to shoot for .8 calories of protein per pound and .4 of fat then feel in the remainder however you choose.
