Maintenance is just as difficult as losing it.

There is a reason 99% of people who drop weight gain it back.

Your mindset changes to gaining a few pounds won't hurt....then next thing you know the scale is up 30!

I will always have a fat brain. Not like I somehow stopped liking the garbage that got me in trouble.

I need to do a much better job of hitting the brakes and the panic button BEFORE things get out of control.

Haven't mastered that step yet.

Well once I reached and exceeded my goal weight I kept at then I started going out more, eating out more, drinking more, and my exercise went from 2 hours a day to an hour to 30 minutes, to every other day. Then when I tried to "ramp it up" I just didn't have same motivation/energy so I put on 10 and didn't think anything about it. Then 10 became 20 and then 30 and I was finally like oh shite, even though I still don't snack like I did when I was big, I don't eat fast food, and I don't drink cokes, I still put on weight it just came back slower
