I've been really good lately. Need to hit the gym today but otherwise it's been pretty flawless for the past couple of weeks. Wish the scale would show more but hey.. I'm back around my lowest so I'm content for now.

In other news, I found a really cool app for Android and iPhone to log workouts, and there's a website with a forum. It's called Jefit.. it's pretty sweet

i've used this app (JeFit) before. it's the best one out there in my opinion.
