You need to remember sodium and water gain. If something you eat is loaded with sodium, even if low cal, you can end up gaining weight.



I am about to go mental as I am now on day freaking 5 of my plateau and I haven't had more than 1,200 calories or 1500mgs of sodium in over a week.

Pretty sure this is why I'm stuck but that doesn't bother me. I've been using a lot of Tony's the past few days. It'll drop back down in a few days
