I won't.
No loss today but my cheap arse digital scale only shows a drop after you lose about 2 pounds.
I do feel weak as hell today so I may eat a few more calories than normal.
Some friends have already called to get me to go out after the game, but I may pull into hermit mode and make an excuse.
I've been on a roll last two weeks and don't want to stop it.

Here is a really random piece of advice for everyone, but it works.
Cold and Flu season is coming. If you get sick food doesn't really taste that good but you eat by habit. Intentionally cut down on your food until you get well. Then do a lot of ab work. Your stomach has shrunk while you were sick and you want to keep the reduction.
