I am having similar issues. Not only should I get suits taken in, but when is a good time to buy some new clothes? My shorts/jeans and belts are all too large which leads to my shorts/pants falling off.

I am thinking I should buy some Target clothes or something until I am at my goal so I have clothes that actually fit. I work from home so it's ok on normal days, but when I actually go somewhere I'd rather my pants not fall down :P Any suggestions?

I am almost to 250 where I have told myself I will introduce cardio or weight training or both. Never really done weight training so more hesitant around starting that than cardio but think it would get me more of what I want than pure cardio.
