I've booed officiating calls and non calls, but I don't think I've never booed a player. Maybe I booed a decision one time or another, but it doesn't stick out in my mind. I don't think booing helps anything. It might be argued that it only fuels coaches like Les' desire to stay the course.

they cheered like hell (my including)when lee finally went in.

When JJ came back in it was brutal.

Under the circumstances you may be correct. Certainly booing is an instant feedback type of thing that the players and coaches recognize. I think its interesting that Miles is spinning this as the "players" getting booed when I think its mostly him that it is directed towards.
