Jefferson was booed last night, yes Jefferson in the 4th quarter,(although the option did invoke a few obscenities) and for good reason, so all of you out here who have crawfish seasoning in your vaginas need to get over it. Look at the statistics, we have the #4 rusher in the SEC, but yet we are 86th nationally in total offense. (Que the excuses).

You act like it was only a select few who were booing Jefferson, check the reaction in the north end zone, those of you who are all high and mighty, if you werent booing, you obviously didnt feel strong enough about it to say something, so you need to get off your high horse.

We are 111th in passing behind offensive juggernauts Ohio, ULL, Northern Illinois, and Akron, We are second to last in passing yards for non option teams only behind, brace yourself, vanderbilt, and some of you think that this is ok, because it is the "offensive style of play", that's complete BS, if your style of play is to average somewhere in the area of 3 yards per attempts, then somebody needs to lose their job.

Jefferson may be a great kid in the classroom and on campus, but on the field, where do you see the great leadership, when he sucks the life out of a rocking stadium two drives in? When he looks at his WRs after a poor throw like "what the hell man" or when TT is going ballistic on the sideline because Jefferson got him blown up? or after the game when he nonchalantly plays off his bad play?

Those of you who defend the kid are running out excuses. Everyone in the world sees it, the team sees it, ESPN sees it, the fans see it, we have given the kid 2 years to develop now as a starter and people are still saying "let the kid develop, he is only 20", hes a JUNIOR, there isnt going to be a quantam leap between now and the end of the season

Even when the steelers were great back in the day, Bradshaw was still distributing the ball, this kid has lost the confidence of the team, the recievers constantly look pissed after every throw and it is boiling over, though I do not wish harm on Jefferson or personally hate the kid, I think that he may not be the best option to get these seniors, who have killed themselves for their entire tenure here for this moment, to be as great as they believed they could be when they got here, I think Jefferson is a good kid, not a good QB/Leader. It is time to make a change, for the fans who would die for this team, and for the seniors, who deserve better

Good gracious man open your eyes. Things are going great at QB just a little slow. Give JJ about 5 more years and then you will be eating those words.

I agree. The Team deserves to see what Lee can do. The fans don't put in the blood, sweat, and pain like the players have.

Give Lee a chance to make the team great. We can always go back to being the worst offense in country if Lee doesn't make it happen...

Toliver needs to concentrate on catching the ball when it hits him in the hands instead of batting it down.

i think les rides JJ until the first loss. I don't think he will change anything until then. He's seen Lee as a starter and in practice obviously he knows the real Lee.

he is frustrated, everyone is frustrated, the life is being sucked out of this team with every inept drive, defense has too much pride to lower their standards though

agreed, but do we really have to play a top 10 defense and get shut out on offense befor something happens, do you really tell these seniors "after we lose, then we will make adjustments"

and if the option is why we are keeping jefferson in, then someone needs to introduce les to statistics and average YPC on specific plays

I'm a fan of whomever is leading the LSU offense. The thing some people are complaining about JJ is the exact same thing Lee did as a starter in 2008 and coming in relief of JJ against bama and tech last year. Maybe Lee has improved since the tech game and if JJ continues to falter then put lee in. I'm not on the Lee is god thing yet because I do remember 2008 Lee and 2009 La tech lee.
