They were into the game last night - and the coordinated beach balls/rings/dolphins was a classic.

I agree. I was sitting near them in section 238. They were into the game until the end. The student section stayed packed and reminded me of what it can be. We had some nimrod's on here earlier complainign about the beachballs and the wave, I bet he left early.

SS was rocking, and while I do hate the wave. I think that the beachballs are really funny.

It's become a big "frick you" to the cops who used to steal our beach ball when there was only one. That's us saying "you want to catch some beachballs, I got something for you".

completely agree. The wave is gay, but the beach balls, compounded with the fact that the numbers keep multiplying is just funny

Fact: fans should pay attention to a close game, instead of worrying about the wave.

Easily the most annoying thing in sports... Wish the student section would cut that garbage out

The student section is light years better than the fans that leave early. They could sacrifice a live goat for all I care, as long as they're being as loud as possible.

Hahahahaha you spelled gay ghey hahahahaha you really showed him and the wave starters. They'll be on their toes now that you're on the case. Lord knows that anything that gets this lethargic fan base excited can only be bad, right?

The students don't pay attention to the game when doing the wave. They're more concerned about getting it to go around the stadium. It was borderline retarded in a 3 point game.

It looked great on TV also! They need to make that a tradition for the student section and then jusy maybe the rest of the Stadium will catch on that that is why you come the games is to have fum and support your team. I believe that is what they call Fans and isn't that what we are supposed to be Fans as in FANATICS!

That sort of thing would make it fun once again to go to the games and have fun and make the games more enjoyable.

I'm not a fan of the wave myself; I believe the 80s are a decade that's best left in the past. But that student section was into the game the whole time, regardless of the wave, beach balls, fist fights.
