WV outdid them at halftime. Was boring and enough with the Led Zepplin.

What the frick is up with piped in music before the game starts and no band? No ants marching, no boogie down?

I thought Roy would do a better job. We play that stupid drum beat on freaking third down when the fans should be screaming and yelling, not doing the stupid arm signals. The band has just gotten worse. Poker Face makes me want to rip my ears off.

haha ok. Tiger Band will do some halftime shows with big shitty circles, scatter drills, terrible playing, and play three songs opening up with fight for LSU and close with hey fightin tigers every single week if that's what gets you off.

I agree with this...all the LSU fans around us were impressed with the WV halftime show. They seem to do more complex shows. Seems like the LSU routines stick with straight lines and more of a grid like pattern for their formations. I think with them getting this new facility they need to step it up. They had to see how good the WV show was, be nice to have better shows.

Get the sand out of your vagina and find something real to complain about.
And FWIW, we can only do what the directors allow us to do. It's a transition year, and Roy's still figuring stuff out. Also, I think I'd trust a man with a graduate degree in music to know how to run a band program more than some ranter.

Their band did cooler drill, but they weren't nearly as perfect visually as TB was. TB's lines were straight and the music was the best so far this season. TB has already started on next weeks show, and it should be more visually pleasing if that's what you want.

So is the band going to do the same damn thing every week this season? If so I may just choose to spend half time with the lines because I dont need to hear a once great band look pitiful like they did last night.
