Gonna decline - smart?

PPR league.
Been offered a trade. Going to decline, but am I missing something here? Of course, other owner swears it is a great trade.
Start 1QB, 2RB, 3WR
My team:
Qbs Schaub, Orton
RBs Rice, Charles, Brown, Hillis
WRs Marshall, Harvin, Maclin, Royal, Massaquoi
He wants Orton and Brown
Gives me Portis, Garcon, and Breaston

I would accept that in a heartbeat, Orton will never start except when Schaub has a bye. So you are losing Brown and getting three players in return

nahh I'd stay put here. this trade doesnt really improve your team.
