is it really necessary for a semi public forum, designed to allow fans an opportunity to discuss, argue, and celebrate there team's wins and losses, to create a "rule" banning the start of any new threads on the QB position? Is it also necessary for the same forum to "lock" itself during games?
As a fan base, are we really at the point where we require censorship like that of a teenager?
I would hope we are better than this, especially after a 2-0 start, but honestly, I don't know who it says more about, the fans or the forum.

I can't wait until mid november, when this very young team is playing the best football in the country, to hear you T-boys bragging about "your" tigers.

Private website owned by Chicken.

He can do whatever he wants.

I understand that. thanks for the legal clarification, though, but what does that say about tiger fans?

Lot more lenient, even now, than any rivals or scout you'll find.

He had one good game and one horrendous game. People have off days from time to time. I'm not defending what Jefferson did against Vanderbilt, but let's see if it was a sign of things to come or an anomaly.

We can't wait until you realize that Miles is an underachieving coach and JJ is not a good quarterback

YES - From the start of the second half Saturday Night until Chicken imposed the ban there was literally a NEW thread every two seconds that said one of three things:

Start Lee
Start Shep at QB
Fire Miles

Or all of the above, there were literally 10 pages full of the exact same thread, the ban was overdue.

The forum wasn't locked, just the Rant and yes, unless you want it to crash for a few days it was probably needed.

Without a DOUBT!

Voters wanted hope AND change, hope they like the change.

The fans, the forum is great it's the 'fans that suck!

Tell me in what year he was expected to do significantly better than he did.

Making one thread specifically for QB debate and discussion so that it reduces the unwanted clutter of 5 new QB threads every 30 seconds = censorship??

You wanna borrow a dictionary?

Yes, it was obviously necessary.

There were probably around 10 threads per half hour regarding the QB position. It was out of control.

Why do you have a problem with that?

You are only censored if you break the rules that YOU AGREED TO by applying for membership to this message board.

You are a fricking idiot.

Really

It's a technical issue. It has nothing to do with being Tiger fans.
