Restaurants around downtown area that bill business for takeout?

Anyone know of any downtown area restaurants where a business could setup an account for monthly billing for periodic takeout business type lunches?

Dont know all the details but monjunis, new york bagel co, times, copelands, italian pie, la pizza kitchen, bistro byronz, geisha, serops,couyons, jimmy johns all deliver to an office building near the capital.

Tony's Seafood will do this and they have a really good catering menu that is kind of geared to this. All of the plants around there use them and they will deliver it. Ask for David Rogers.
Also, Unique Cuisine can do this for you with a different menu each month. Ask for Mike or Chip Strange.
