Harvin's hip injury is just a blip on the radar screen. The Vikings believed they could prevent further migraines after diagnosing them as a byproduct of sleep apnea during the preseason. Apparently, they were wrong. Harvin almost certainly won't play in Week 3, and it's possible he could be shut down for multiple weeks if the latest migraine is severe.
