CHEAP New, In Box PS3 Slim 120gb's on ebay $74.99

(First off, I am not the seller, nor do I know or work for him)
I'm a little skeptical of this one. I just sent a question to the seller. In the ITEM SPECIFICS box it says the platform is a Sony Playstation 2, but his picture and all the rest of the Detailed Item Info is PS3 Specs.
Also his shipping policy is fricked up, but if this is legit, this is a STEAL!

Yeah, I read all that too, but I'm almost tempted to take a chance on it for only $75 and paypal protection.

Seller refunded my payment thru paypal today.
Said he mistakenly listed it as a PS3 when they're actually PS2's.

yeah. it's fishy to me too. especially with a picture of PS3's stacked on a pallet.
I think he knows he got busted and didn't want paypal breathing down his neck.
i got my money back, that's all i'm worried about.

Just read his feedback and checked out the first item he sold. At the bottom of the page he states:
