I had 2 kids finish LSU using this scholarship, and they wouldn't have gone to LSU without it. These out of state Tigers help to make the student body more diversified, and bring other experiences and viewpoints to Baton Rouge. It's a shame it's gone away.

Not to mention the fact that I lived in La till I was 33, and payed taxes the whole time.
