Reinstatement?

I posted in the reinstatement thread a couple weeks ago for my brother, but he says he hasn't heard anything or been reinstated yet. He has no idea what he did to get suspended, but is sorry for whatever it is. His SN is TxTiger25

No, not an alter. He just asked me to post in the reinstatement thread so I did but he said he still can't post. And he has no idea what he did. He says there's a message about an investigation into a colt's fan harrassing, but swears he didn't do anything to the guy. He's tried to email a few times but hasn't gotten any kind of response or explanation.
