Osu doesn't have a good connection with Cincinnati, nd has the pipeline in there. I'm not shocked when we lose a top recruit from there. Northeast Ohio is osu's best place, outside of central Ohio

yea----ND has the pipeline to the catholic schools----if there is ever going to be a midwestern revival i think ND or OSU will be the ones lead the way----they both are the only midwestern schools to consistently recruit well and have the best facilities/resources-----ND just wastes alll its talent, lol---------
