Les coaches as an underdog, thinks like an underdog, and embraces being the underdog. So yes, he probably will do better than if he was favored in those games.

We've so seldom been underdogs in games over the past five years, it's hard to get a gauge on how he performs in that role.

Other than Alabama and Florida, have we been underdogs in any other games over the last two years?

Prior to that, we were maybe underdogs in a couple of games...Miami in the Peach Bowl, I think, and maybe on the road at Alabama in 2005, Auburn and Florida in 2006, I think? Was Georgia Tech favored over us in the 2008 Peach Bowl?

I'm not aware of any other games when we were underdogs, or even when we were technically favored but most thought we would lose.

If those above are the only ones, that works out to 3 wins (Miami and Alabama, 2005, Georgia Tech 2008) and 6 losses (Alabama and Florida '08 and '09, Auburn and Florida '06).
