....but, you are sure enough to place blame squarely on him....

Let's just say that a one car accident that occurs before 6 am where the brand new SUV ends up looking like this

it is more likely than not that the cause of this accident was speeding, driving while impaired, and/or falling asleep at the wheel; and that had either of his passengers been killed, Chad Jones would have been charged with negligent homicide or vehicular negligent homicide (depending on the results of the toxicology screen).

So yeah, whether all you do-gooders like it or not, it was his fault.

Wow. You are just full of speculation, aren't you? I've been driving a long time, and I've been in a few accidents. Some were my fault; some were not. But the fact that the accident occurred does not automatically mean that something illegal occurred. I once had a wreck in the Fred's parking lot at 2 a.m. It was not my fault or the driver of the car and I was not impaired (first time for everything, I know). Glad you weren't there to tell the police that anyone who hits a car in the parking lot of a bar must be drunk.

Bottom line is that you don't have any reason to know what happened. Accidents happen. If you were the one who got in the wreck, would you want anonymous know-nothings making up crap about what you MUST have been doing?

had he been in an armored tank and ran over the cement pole he hit then woke up and corrected he would have just thought it was a bump and went home and went to bed, safely.

Let's all play the hypothetical game.

I don't really blame them. The NFL is a business, not a charity. CJ brought this on himself when he got in a one car wreck in the early morning hours while driving around in NOLA. It may seem harsh, but he has no one to blame but himself.

Agreed with you he caused this accident was his fault no doubt!

He should have stayed at LSU anyway, his draft stock did not warrant an early departure.

This on the other hand was the part that got me going! Well if he would of stayed he would have nothing if this wreck would of occurred. Please do not say it is not likely, cause there are many apartments with many women all over the world you can leave at 5:30 am. If you make 50k a year(pretty descent starting salary str out of college) it would take him 16.5 years to get that money made. So now if his football career is over he can go back an get an education.
