As I've said earlier.... What a stinker.

Sticking a fork in my eye would have been less painful and given the cannibals a head start, too. Sorry if that didn't make much sense but I'm taking a cue from the movie.

****SPOILER ALERT****

Get into harm's way, get down low to hide from the cannibals, run.... did they show the same scene five times in the movie? Sure seemed like it.

Encounter a poor hungry lonely desperate man on the road... act uncaring, let the boy be a voice of pity... how many times was THAT one shown?

Have the guys cry a few times and we've got ourselves a "poignant" story of survival. But, hey, let's see... you abandon a cushy bomb shelter for a silly reason so I'm not sure survival was the name of the game.

Wasn't it a bit cold? I think the guys jumped into the waterfall pool just so we can get a glimpse of the father's scrawny arse.

I should have walked off when mother did.

Methinks Rex doesn't fall into the good father category.....

Reading your comments makes me come to ths conclusion that you are not nearly as cerebral as you like people to think you are.

The book is a master piece and the director did a fabulous job of staying true to the book.

I've always reserved jumping to judgement on you as it seems most people on here don't care for you. BUT, even though it was your opinion, you were able to weave it into a jab whether that was the objective or not.

Glad I'm not the cold fricker you are.
