Im trying to add HBO right now to my plan so I can watch entourage. I cancel when this show is not in season, and add again when it comes back. No problem, right? Wrong.

Calling to try to add the service, and this fricking cox automated system is telling me that I can not add anything to my srevice since it is Sunday. Thats some bullshite.

Sorry Cox, because of this you just lost someone who was about to waste money on HBO service and will now be shopping into cable networks elsewhere and will now do my damdest to switch others when I change service.

Meh, now that Obama's shutting down all the free sites I usually watch, I gotta actually consider buying HBO and Showtime.

they will replay it, just add it tomorrow. I hated Cox and moved on to AT&T Uverse though.

Cox just pisses me off royally because I pay them $$$ out the arse for service...and I try to do 1 small thing like add HBO...which would benefit Cox....and they say it cant be done.

i love it, over 400 channels and cheaper than Cox when you bundle your cell and internet. Service is great though, no problems whatsoever. Being able to record and watch on different tvs in the house is also beneficial so jojothetiregirl can watch real housewives in the bedroom.

So, you couldn't call Cox on one of the six days a week they're opened? And the Entorage season started 2 weeks ago, so this sounds more like poor planning on your part rather than Cox's fault...
