just noticed something and have a question.

when we were going for the 2 pt conversion and lance moore really did catch the ball, the ref called it incomplete but went over and told SP that he doesnt want to coach him but the play is reviewable.

kinda seems like he knew he fricked up when he said that. anyone else think this?

go to 28 minutes into the video

I wondered the same thing the first time that I saw that. There's no doubt in my mind that Payton was going to challenge it anyway but you knew the moment he heard that it was a done deal.

The one thing that keeps coming to my mind is this...after more than 4 decades of watching the Saints and watching someone else celebrate at the end of the season, I always wondered what it would feel like. Would we ever get to experience that and if so, would it feel as good as it seemed?

Now, I can answer both questions with a RESOUNDING YES. Thanks, guys.

That will never get old. I will be able to watch that 20 years from now and continue to remember every thing about that day. It is ironic that February 7th is my birthday and I have been watching the Saints since I was 12 years old. All through the years, I could only imagine what it would feel like to see the Saints win it all. You know what? It feels freakin' awesome!

It's sad that Fujita will not be in the Black and Gold next year. He just kept stirring the pot.

I think he was trying not to tell him what he could challenge because don't you have to word what your challenging right?

after watching the video again, specifically the onside kick. #52 Casillas makes a critical hit on the colt guy enabling us to recover the onside kick. just really noticed this
