I've got Paul Prudhomme's, Frank Davis, Andy Roo's, and Benoit's Best. I like each of them for different dishes, but i'm wondering if you guys know of any other decent one's on the market (that don't use a salt substitute) and which one, in your opinion, is the best?

None of them are very good that I have tried.
I hated Mrs. Dash original and gave up on it, but due to some blood pressure issues, I started using them again.
I actually almost like the garlic flavor. The spicy flavor sucks. Not the least bit spicy.
No salt Tony's sucks.
I need to try some on your list.

No salt Tony's sucks arse because it has a salt substitute init. The Benoit's Best and Paul Prudhomme's CajunMajic are pretty easy to find, but the Frank Davis and Andy Roo's are nearly impossible to find outside of New Orleans.
Mrs. Dash is the worst.

Well I'm glad to here the ones on your list are better than Dash. I just ran out of the garlic so I will definitely try some on your list.
Which is the best all purpose seasoning on your list.

Probably Benoit's Best. It's mostly garlic and peppers, with a lil parsley. The others have more herbs, which make them not as all purpose and universal.

Try Dardene (sp) Brothers Salt Free Seasoning. They are/were chefs for DeAngelos.
