I don't.

I also remember watching us get pwned by VA Tech in Lynchburg. Not fun, and the Almighty Saban was at the helm for that unmitigated embarrassment.

I also remember how frustrated and restless the LSU contingent was in the stands, and how they complained bitterly about the offensive play-calling. Saban's name was definitely mud that day.

I know many or most people on the Rant regard him as He-Who-Can-Do-No-Wrong, but they just have short (or selective) memories.

also add to that we started the season 6-1 and were ranked #7 in the first bcs poll in 2002. Mauck gets hurt, we finish the year 2-4 with Randall. So Sabanalso has trouble winning without a manageable quarterback, sounds very similar to our struggles the past two seasons. Saban is obviously more than likely the best coach in the nation but is not infallible as many like to believe, and he also gets passes the other coaches don't

So, you would trade the NC's you got for those to be wins? While the ULM loss was a bitter pill, I can asure you that the Bama Nation would not swap that loss for the 2009 SEC, BCS or our current Saban era record of 33 & 8. That is to say in 2007 with little time for recruiting he was 7 & 6, 2008 12 & 2 and 2009 14 and 0.
