We all know we advance with win, what's needed for top seed?

I exhausted all of my brain power with possibilities in a previous thread. Soccer gurus help me figure out what is needed for the top seed in the group? Thanks in advance.

Win and hopefully win by a lot.
If England and Slovenia tie, a 2 goal win gets us first.
If England wins, we need to win by more than they do.
If Slovenia wins, first is out of a question.

USA win by at least one more goal than English win, I think. If England-Slovenia are in a tie, a USA win plus whatever the goal differential over Slovenia that's needed (too lazy to look up, sry).

GB has a GD of 0.
US has a GD of 0.
1. US win vs Algeria
2. Brit win vs Slovenia
Any GD combination which puts the US equal to GB: i.e. US wins 1-0 & Brits win 1-0. (Also keeps us +2 over GB in goals scored)
