As if he was just going to stop rushing for yards and suck...did you see the three full games he played in? He rushed for 172 against a very solid MSU D on the road. He rushed for over 230 against the SEC west champs in AU and still had to split carries with Mealey. The first play from scrimmage against Akron, he broke a 68 yard TD run. I watched Cecil play in HS for a few games and there was no one like him as far as downhill runner. Yes, he's my #1 back I have ever seen at LSU. Mike Gottfried - stroke victim or not - agrees with me. That's the same "logical thinking" that says Brandon Larson wasn't a better hitter than Brad Cresse because he only played one year at LSU. Do you need that much to gauge how good someone is? You really need 4 seasons to do that? Whatever.

I didn't put Hilliard on the list because most of his career is outside of the 25 year range. We went to the Liberty Bowl his senior season. As Port City said, "Who cares? It's NOT AN OFFICIAL LIST." All of you who are asking why not this person and why not hat person...make your own god damn list and figure out why for yourself? I don't know why you have an obsession with Todd McClure or why anyone thinks Andrew Whitworth was a better OL than Andolsek or Wilkerson or Albergamo. I wonder what those three would have been like at 6'7"? This is my opinion. The point was for people to make theirs. Big fricking deal. Instead it's "This list is worthless without Jack Hunt at safety and Todd McClure as an OL!"
