100 million commited to oil rig workers affected by moratorium

this still doesn't cover all the contractors that are associated with offshore rigs.

It doesn't cover the costs of the rigs being elsewhere when the moratorium is lifted. Louisiana is royaly screwed.

BP did this at the coersion of the federal government. BP doesn't owe them anything. BP would never have to pay them anything in court. Obama is the cause of all that crap.
