This whole soap opera reminds me of Lucy telling Charley Brown to come on kick that ball, of course I will hold it for you and then yanking it away at the last second and poor old doofus charley falls flat on his back again and still has not kicked the ball. Charley just can not understand that he does not need Lucy to hold the ball for him.

Thanks Purplehaze.....you made my day.

I tried posting on texags.com but have again been banned. Seems my fellow aggies don't like facing reality.

The Aggies I have spoken with seem pleased in the short term with $20million/year. But, they all believe that when it does happen, they will then join the SEC.........

I think the $20 Million the Aggies get in the short term really strengthens the SEC in the long term. The Aggies get a lot of money now to get out of debt and strengthen their program.

In my mind there is NO way this conference lasts 10 years, so hopefully with our windfall of money we are a lot stronger when in inevitably collapses.

SEC is the next logical place for the Aggies, so the SEC should pick up a much stronger Texas A&M.

If the ball represents moving to the PAC16, I think Lucy is represented by the Aggies, she pulled it out on UT, and UT landed on back on their arse in a weakened conference not in the PAC 16 super conference.
