Nebraska and Colorado will have to payback the Big 12 now!

Their was a buyout clause in their contracts that said they would have to repay some of their money back to the Big 12 if they left the conference. The only way they would have gotten out of the buyout clause was if they could get over 50% of the vote to not pay it back. That isn't going to happen now.

I'd imagine the Pac-10 will have to bail out CU in order for them to scrounge up the 9 mil

plus NU is apparently going to make a fraction of Big 10 money for the foreseeable future. some kind of probationary thing.
