But what about Missouri and Kansas?

They could still be flies in this ointment. I don't think the Big 10 is done. They can't be if they still covet Notre Dame, or the eastern markets (Rutgers, etc.) They would likely need Missouri to even things out in the scenario. There is also reportedly an inkling of interest in Kansas from the Pac-10, although that slot will likely go to Utah.
If Texas pieces this thing back together, it will only last until the first school to get another opportunity bolts. Missouri, or anyone else, that has a chance to leave has to do it. Texas has shown them just how much they are worth throughout this process.

I think Missouri will stay put with the Big 12 after they basically got creamed in the face by the Big Ten. Everybody in this state thought they were heading to the Big Ten with Nebraska.

If the Big 10 were to call MU would go in a second IMO
Big 12 looks unstable and will pay them less money than the Big 10/11/12+ would
