Does the PAC 10 Feel they have been Screwed by Texas?

I would say they were screwed over by the SEC. If it wasn't for Slive moving in on aTm and doing what he needed to do to prevent the PAC 10 from expanding AND gaining the Texas territory, THEN I would say that they can put the blame on TU.

Yes, Slive had an effect. But Texas promised to deliver all the key Big 12 teams the Pac 10 wanted. Texas failed to deliver A&M and probably OU. We might never know what OU would have done if A&M does not move.

They weren't screwed over by the SEC. That's just business. They were screwed over by Texas failing to deliver the goods, meaning the six teams the PAC 16 wanted.
If they truly thought the other conferences would sit idly by, they aren't as smart as I give them credit for. I think they anticipated some sort of reaction. At least the PAC did. Texas, I believe, had deluded themselves into thinking everyone would nicely fall into line with their desires.
