Would the MWC become a BCS conference if..

in addition to adding Boise, they add Kansas, Kansas St, and the rest of the Big 12 remainders. The BCS formula is coming up to determine if MWC will get a BSCautomatic qualifer

i'd much rather that than the pac16 getting 2 auto BCS bids

...and it makes more sense geographically. I still have a problem with teams in the Central time zone being part of the PACIFIC TBD (16?).
