Any possibility for the SEC 2 expand to a conference w/ 3 regions?

[ My apology in advance if this has been discussed already, I did try a search for some discussion on this and Google kept giving me unrelated results ]
I would like to see the SEC piss off all the other conferences by expanding to 18 teams, with 3 regions (West, Central, East - 6 teams each) and then to become even more lucrative in the deal, have a mini playoffs in the SEC Championship (top finisher in each region + 1 wild card). I bet the media would love this. With that, the SEC can easily continue to be the best conference.
Big schools could see that their school will have a better shot at the SEC title each year, thus help the SEC bring in big-time programs with all this expansion going on.
I welcome everyone's thoughts on this, I'm not worried about what schools would come into the SEC, just would like to discuss if this is even a possibility and maybe pros and cons of a 3 region conference. Again, if it was already discussed, let me know, and I'll remove/close this topic thread. Thanks.

How about 16 teams with 4 divisions. For fb purposes play 3 on ur div then a constant in each other then rotate the other 3. You play each tram every 3rd year.
Texas div. Ut Tamu tt Baylor
miss river div ark LSU ole miss msu.
Redneck div Kentucky tenn Alabama au
east vandy uga uf USC
lsu constants
ark
ole miss
msu
tamu
bama
uf
(other three rotate) 1 from each div

this is good
really? 4 doesn't make sense? For fb purposes you think they're gonna go to a 14 game reg season. Give me a plausible rotation wher you don't go 6 years between playing opposite div opponents if u keep a rivalry.
