Looks like the Friday session at 3PM will be open to fans, as well as the Saturday morning session that is scheduled to begin at 10:15AM.

I'm going Saturday as well. What time should we get out there? 9:30?

According to the national media, that's not true, because the Saints haven't been doing anything except partying since the SB. In fact, they won't practice or prepare until the night before the Vikes game.

Right Soph, forgot about that. Who needs practice?
Also, the Lombardi trophy will be on display for those open practices. I read it on twitter.

July 29th.
No, its not open everyday and once again its all "weather permitting". Any sign of rain, they'll move practices inside where there is no room for people to watch outside of the media. So once the schedule is out, look for the morning practices outside as you have a better chance of it not raining.
