I mean it's 3.5 days rest. I'd throw him and see if I can't get 3 or 4 from him. Or maybe bourgeois to start and bring ar in relief if we win game 1 tom

Even if he could, you don't.

You want him to get all the rest he can get to give us a good start in the regional.

I agree, Save him.

LSU will smack Ole Piss around when they run out of pitchers, and winning the final won't really improve our positioning in the Regionals IMO. Save Ranaudo.

Unlike garbage programs like Ole Piss, we actually have expectations beyond the SEC tournament and regular season.

What could we gain from Ranaudo throwing Sunday? If we are playing then.

winning the SEC tournament? it might not mean much to you, but it would mean a shitload to those guys who actually play.

It doesn't mean enough to possibly risk his arm, its not a do or die situation.

We have plenty of other guys who have a good chance if we make it that far.

8 hits and 5 earned runs in 7.2 innings is not lights out, I agree. But it is better than any other start since the injury. Not being negative, but he had some help from bad base running (one was a bad call) that killed a serious threat.

He got Florida 123 three times. 1 Hit twice.

His 2nd inning was 1 run, 2 hits, 1 error. His 5th inning was 2 runs, 2 hits.

He was pretty solid. And he had a nice lead most of the time.

This is true, but he got some help from bad baserunning and Leon's great catch. To his credit, he did make some pitches to get out of trouble too. Overall though, much improved.
