Watched it yesterday. I thought it was entertaining. I guess with the hype I have always heard about it, it didn't quite blow me away.

What hype had you heard? I've always thought it gets rated as a near great movie, but still a tier below the truly great films. Which seems about right. Hell, the most famous scene is copied from another film.

I have always heard it was an all time type great movie. But I just thought it was entertaining, which is all I expect out of movies really.

I like it just fine but it's nowhere near the top of DePalma's best films.

This movie belongs more to David Mamet's writing than to Brian Depalma's direction in my opinion. Malone spits some awesome dialogue.

It was. Not a bad movie, but highly overrated. 6/10 in my book.

FWIW, I'm not a big fan of any of Brian De Palma's work; but that may be because I've never seen Greetings with De Niro.
