I'm sorry.. and I don't necessarily think it's all PM. But something AIN'T right. I know these are the same guys that won it all last year. But again, something AIN'T right.

If Grewe is canned, we will be just fine. Otherwise, we are royally fricked

we have a problem with everything...when we have ross finally come on and throw a great game we then cant get the bats going and have 15 LOB and when kentucky walked 11 freaking people. and then the bullpen sucks it up

When we hired a hitting coach to be the pitching coach, that was the downfall of the staff.
The guys on this staff have gotten worse as the season goes along.. obviously Grewe's philosophy on "let the figure it out" is working. They NEED someone who has a clue.

LSU will never have dominant pitching again- no matter who shows up-- and be surprised if pitchers bolt and guys sign rather than come here. College pitchers need a coach.

yea every one of our pitchers, at the same general time, fell off. It's like there was a meeting for pitchers, and the pitching coach told them all that hanging curveballs were a good thing to throw over the plate.

Winning a national title does not absolve any coach from responsibility when things don't go well.

And things have not gone well at all the last 4 weeks.

I think Maineri is a very good coach but he obviously lost it a bit somewhere along the line this year, and he IMHO cannot be given a total free pass for what's going on this year just because he has a skin on the wall from last year.
