Nags Head area only selling Gulf Oysters from Texas

I'm on the Outer Banks this week and the fresh seafood is awesome up here. The have a lot of Gulf Oysters for sale up here but they are telling everyone they are from Texas and that none are being sold from Louisiana.

sad. We'll have to overcome perception again just like Katrina. Whether it is a wholesale affect on our seafood or not.
