I think it was 3 short years ago that ULM beat Alabama, with a goal line stand, so the arrogance is not warranted.

how long was it before UAB beat LSU and then LSU won a NC. Does that game really hold any significance to where the program is currently?

LSU was bad in baseball in 2007 and half of 2008. That must mean we still suck and the national title doesn't mean anything. FML...

The same thing can be said about every major football program that's risen from the ashes. Oklahoma, Texas, LSU, USC, etc. It's part of the process. Fans don't talk about a down trodden football program.

So, let me get this straight. Alabama fans should still be ashamed of losses to mediocre and non-traditional teams over the last decade, despite a 26-2 record the last two years?

Seriously, dude? I think 2 undefeated regular season's and an undefeated, undisputed National Title can wipe away a loss to ULM by a first-year coach.

Jarrett Lee won't be there to gift-wrap you 14 points, and I highly doubt you'll be facing a 7-5 team. I also doubt you'll have the insane amount of luck with injuries and Peterson getting cramps like last year. Yeah, won't be close at all.

Gumps living in the past as usual. Enjoy reminiscing about the DF winning streak that ended almost a decade ago because you know deep down those times are over. If CBS picks this as their primetime game and it's at night......God help you.
