My home is there, however, I am not. I am checking in there frequently though and today it is beautiful with no smell of oil or sign of sheen. They are still forecasting landfall tomorrow but that may change. We were initially supposed to be inundated with oil on this past Sunday but the winds and currents were with us. Best of Luck.

feel free to email me at gulftider@yahoo.com with your contact info and I'll call you if there is any new news that would be helpful. Looks like a beautiful weekend in store for us here in OB. Just hope and pray the currents do not change a move the actuall oil on shore here. Oh yea, two nights of Widespread Panic this weekend should keep this place hoping.

Where do you see reports of landfall expected tomorrow? Bachelor party in a few weeks originally planned for Destin, may be backing out and going for Nola instead now
