I'm looking for a good spicy (proven) crawfish fettuccini recipe for a large crowd. Any suggestions.

Crawfish Fettucini
1 ½ sticks butter
1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms
4 tbsp. chopped jalapenos
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of shrimp soup
2 stalks celery
1 bunch green onions
2 med. onion
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
4 pods garlic
2 lbs. crawfish tails
4 tbsp. parsley
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fettuccini noodles
1 lb. box mild Mexican Velveeta cheese
1 pint half and half
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Melt butter and sauté onion, celery, mushrooms, bell pepper and garlic ~15 min. Add soups. Cook over low heat a few minutes. Add crawfish, jalapeno and parsley; cook 15-20 minutes over very low heat. While mixture is cooking, prepare noodles according to package directions; set aside. Cut cheese in pieces and add. Blend well. Add half and half, blend well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Then mix noodles and crawfish mixture and add Parmesan. Cook low for 10 min. while stirring.
Serve with salad and garlic bread.

I have an award winner, but do not have it memorized. I will post if I can tonight for you when I get to the house.
