Okay, thanks for all the help. I got the remote PC working so that it has wireless internet access, but there is a problem.
When it pulls up a list of connections available, it has mine and two of our neighbors that are within reach. Theirs say "secured network" and mine says unsecured.
How do I get it secured, or is it secured and says so if someone else sees it, but says unsecured on my PC that is supposed to be on the network?

If you go to 192.168.1.1 on your browser it will enable you to change your security settings once you enter the user name and password information.
I no longer have a Linksys router so I can't tell you exactly what section the password settings are under. This is copied from here: LINK

Set Up Wireless Security
Click on the Wireless tab, then click on Wireless Security. Change “Security Mode” to WPA Personal. Type your password into “WPA Shared Key” and press “Save Settings”. As soon as you save these settings, the router will boot you off the wireless network. You will have to reconnect by supplying the password from “WPA Shared Key”.

I don't really have anything to add, but I figured it would be a dereliction of duty to not drop some kind of assinine comment here. I don't think I've ever seen you actually start a HELP board thread.
