well, if you didnt change it, then it will probably be:
username: admin
password: password
If its older i think it might be admin admin, but im not sure.

Actually the default for an older Linksys is a blank username and "admin" as the password.
Newer ones are admin:admin
admin:password is Netgear.
and if it isn't default, there's a reset button on the back that you can push in with a pencil or paperclip or whatever. While the router is powered on, hold the reset button in for several seconds.

Okay, thanks for all the help. I got the remote PC working so that it has wireless internet access, but there is a problem.
When it pulls up a list of connections available, it has mine and two of our neighbors that are within reach. Theirs say "secured network" and mine says unsecured.
How do I get it secured, or is it secured and says so if someone else sees it, but says unsecured on my PC that is supposed to be on the network?
